14 Days & 50 Working Hours: You have 14 calendar days and 50 working hours after receiving your equipment to inspect and decide if it’s the right fit for your needs.
Easy Returns & Exchanges: Not satisfied? Simply email us before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day, and we’ll take care of the rest. No hassle.
Full Insurance Coverage: Rest easy knowing your equipment is fully insured during this period, protecting you from accidental damage or mishaps.
100% Buyback Guarantee: If you decide to return the equipment, we offer a buyback at the full purchase price (minus any applicable fees), as long as the equipment is in its original condition and on your property.
Important Return Guidelines:
To ensure fairness and uphold our quality standards, we cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
The equipment has been modified or altered.
The equipment has been damaged or involved in an accident.
The equipment shows signs of change from its original condition.
The equipment has been used as collateral or encumbered in any way.
If your return is approved, we’ll cover the cost of delivery. Refunds for approved returns are processed promptly, though please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
